DINING
Taking its culinary research another step further, La Sultana explores taste as a means of associating healthiness with a generous approach. Suggestions in the Sultana restaurants reflect the seasons. In their laboratory-kitchens, at lunchtime and in the evening, the spirit of nature provides the foundation for compiling the menus. Harmonious nature, with produce conjuring up market-fresh tastes, specially selected from our vegetable gardens in Oualidia and Marrakesh, and responsible fishing on the lagoon of Oualidia.
Delving into age-old memories of the Moroccan terroir, the Executive Chef and his kitchen brigade enthusiastically ascribe to cuisine based on instinct. A keen eye for detail, well-orchestrated gestures and harmonious presentation simultaneously pay homage to the culture of French-style dining and the Moroccan sense of hospitality.
